Vivo fans are very excited to see all new JaviOS in Vivo X30 on 16th December. Because the company’s FuntouchOS product manager released a teaser on 28th November. But now the product manager posts an apology on Weibo to tell people that they will not be going to change the FuntouchOS.
In the post, he wrote that they have decided to suspend the plan to rename the OS after multiple consultations with team members. This means that Vivo’s forked Android version will continue to be branded Funtouch OS and not Jovi OS. He excused the confusion caused by the decision. He added that on December 16 a new version of Funtouch OS alongside the Vivo X30 will be announced. He also added, the new version will come with App sharing feature, which is used to transfer apps from your phone to another phone.
The first devices to run the new Funtouch OS version should be Vivo X30 and Vivo X30 Pro. Both phones are supported by the Exynos 980 5 G modem with AMOLED Punch-hole displays and 33W support fast charge.
