Huawei P40 Lite is just a rebranded newly launched Huawei Nova 6 SE

Within a few weeks, it is anticipated that Huawei will unveil the P40 family and while the focus is usually on both the Standard and the Pro model, we should not forget that there is always a Lite phone model. A new leak from a source known for news related to Huawei has revealed that the upcoming Huawei P40 Lite is already a familiar device that has been launched.
The leakster on Twitter posted today a tweet saying the Nova 6 SE unveiled last week is the same phone like the Huawei P40 Lite. Huawei seems to simply rebrand the newly-launched Nova 6 SE and offer it as the P40 Lite in those markets, in which usually the P series has a Lite model.

He also includes a phone press render that shows the phone in black. Huawei will probably launch the smartphone in other colors, but we hope the other colors will be different from the Nova 6 SE. If that is done, then the P40 Lite will be supplied with the Kirin 810 SoC, 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage devices (expandable via NM) with a 6.4-inch 1080×2310 LCD touch screen. A 48MP sensor is the main rear lens, together with an Ultrawide 8MP with a 2MP Macro Camera and a 2MP Depth Sensor. It is planned that the Huawei P40 Lite will be launched before its siblings. However, if Huawei is still banned by the time it launches, the phone can ship outside China without Google Services.
