Huawei launches new edition of P30 Lite with Google services
Huawei is still burdened by the US trade sanctions which have stopped it from launching new models on-board with Google apps. The company is updating its 2019 line-up as a fortune-telling solution. To this effect, The new edition of the Huawei P30 Lite has just been released silently and includes Google apps.
The new edition is a minor refreshment for the original Lite introduced at the beginning of 2019. The design and configuration of the cameras, Processor, Battery and even colours remains the same. Highly different is the RAM and internal storage capacities between this New Edition and the old model. The base version of the P30 Lite was originally just 4GB/128GB variant, but the new edition is 6GB/256GB combination.
This allows Huawei to re-release all its 2019 mobile phones without obtaining new Google Services licenses. It can’t keep that much longer, sadly, and we hope the entire trade ban will be lifted sooner rather than later with pleasure.
