Huawei P40 Pro will feature a notch-less Quad-curved display
In March, the flagship phones series Huawei P40 is expected to break cover. However, before it was released, tipster Teme shared an image comparing the P40 Pro’s screen glass with predecessor Huawei P30 Pro and the Honor Magic 2. The Display glasses for the P30 Pro (left), P40 Pro (middle) and Honor Magic 2 (right) can be seen in the below image.
The P40 Pro is said to dip the notch of its predecessor, instead of showing a pill-shaped punch hole. When it comes to the panel, it is curved more on sides than the P30 Pro and curves somewhat in the top and in the bottom. A 6.5-inch OLED display is expected on the smartphone with quad-HD+ resolution. The telephone’s display is stated to have a refresh rate of 120 Hz, with in-fingerprint readers on board.
For cameras, on the backside, the Huawei P40 Pro is expected to feature as many as five cameras on its back. The main sensor is a 52 MP 1/1,3 “unit to produce 13 MP photos with a quad-Bayer filter; the size of the sensor pixel is 0.96 μm, meaning that 13 MP shots have an efficient 1.92 μm pixel size. On the front, the handset features dual selfie cameras as well. The Kirin 990 5G chipset would drive the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro and could contain a 5,500mAh battery. The specs leak of the P40 series should be digested with a grain of salt and The P40 series will be unveiled at Paris in March.
