Oppo Find X2 and Find X2 Pro certified by Thailand’s NBTC

OPPO Find series was often very common for several reasons, even when there was a long delay before the brand published the Find X in 2018. The Find X was a spectacular flagship model featuring a revolutionary slider mechanism and a bezel-less build. In 2019, OPPO did not release a successor but is already planning a sequel known as Find X 2. There was now not a single, but two phones that have been certified, the standard Oppo Find X2 (model no. CPH2023) and the new Oppo Find X2 Pro (model no. CPH2025). Both phones were listed in Thailand on the NBTC website.

The listing doesn’t mention the specs of both models but we had seen some of the Find X2 leaks before. It is confirmed that Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 865 will appear in the handset. In addition, a 6.5-inch display of 3168 x 1440 resolution is said to be debuting. That amount of pixels will make it one of the few flagships with 2K resolution in the markets, or 2K+ if we see the aspect ratio of maybe 20:9. The technology used in the phones will be OLED by Samsung and will also feature a refresh rate of 120Hz. This info was confirmed by the company’s VP Brian Shen.

On the other hand, the 65W SuperVOOC charging tech is going to charge. Which is something currently available on the market in the Reno Ace, but Oppo has not launched the phone anywhere outside of China. We expect the Find X2 Pro to have a more premium configuration of the hardware but both would probably have the same design.

We have no official launch date yet, but Oppo announced its attendance at next month’s MWC 2020 in Barcelona, Expected the unveiling of the Oppo Find X2 series.
