Android 10-based One UI 2.0 Beta is already being introduced in China, and a new stable firmware update built on Android 9.0 Pie is being implemented in various markets too. The owners of the German and Swiss Samsung Galaxy S10 are getting cool new features including slow-motion selfies and Auto hotspot – This is a function that shares the internet connection of the phone with other devices using the same Samsung account. Also mentioned in the changelog are improvements made in the fingerprint scanner of the device.
In addition, the firmware update adds to the notification shade a Media and Device button that allows you to control devices that are connected to the phone, such as TVs or Bluetooth-enabled devices. The update currently only rolls in Germany and Switzerland. We believe, though, that in the coming days, Samsung will expand the rollout.
